Conspiracy against lice

In ancient times, the presence of lice in children and adults was a phenomenon quite common and even natural. Effective drugs for the destruction of parasites did not yet exist, and people actively used other means: conspiracies against lice, washing hair and body with various herbs, prayers.

Some recipes for herbal lice infusions have passed through the centuries and are used even in the modern world. But, interestingly, the same can be said about various conspiracies and prayers. for getting rid of lice and nits - they are also not forgotten.

Often, this approach is largely due to distrust of harmful "chemistry" and drugs.

 

Plots from lice: when and how they should be carried out

A conspiracy against lice, like any other conspiracy, is not just a collection of meaningless words, but a certain magic technique. When using it, you should strictly follow all recommendations and tune in to a positive result.

It has long been all the conspiracies that were designed to save a person from something (the same conspiracy from lice, from drunkenness, or other diseases) were carried out in the diminishing phase of the moon. It was believed that the new month contributes to growth and multiplication, and the old one, on the contrary, helps to get rid of the unnecessary and obsolete, to speak ills.

Conspiracies and prayers - what are the differences between them

Most of the conspiracy against lice appeared in the pre-Christian era, when people revered natural phenomena, worshiped spirits and various mythical creatures.

This was reflected in the texts of the conspiracies: they all have a pronounced pagan coloring, although in later times, they began to add symbolic endings to them: Amen, in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, in the name of God. This was done to strengthen the conspiracy and consolidate its results.

The following is an example of a similar pagan conspiracy:

"As all creatures naughty around my house bypass the party, so let the creatures wearable, hair lice will disappear forever and never appear again. A completely different kind of verbal formula is prayer from lice and nits.

It initially involves an appeal to God or the saints who became famous for healing the sick (for example, Nicholas the Wonderworker).

Prayers suggest a stricter word order, they do not hate or be angry with bloodsucking insects. Most often they used prayers from all pests in general, however, if desired, they could also apply prayers from lice. Here is its text:

“I will pray to our Lord and to all his Saints:

Help me, heavenly guards,

From this day to holy Saturday

The ruler of a bad one had twelve wives,

And after it became eleven,

Transferred to ten, and from ten to nine,

From nine to eight, and then seven,

And from seven - six, and then five,

From four three, and then two.

As the last one was gone, there was no one left.

So would the heavenly Father give

To every one louse transferred. Amen".

Traditionally, the prayer from lice should be read after going to church (or right in the church), in front of a lit candle or an icon. Before this, you can not drink alcohol, smoke or swear.

If you need to remove the lice from a child or another family member, you need to hold a candle in front of him, while pronouncing the text.For greater effectiveness, it is recommended to read the prayer several times, preferably by heart.

In addition to the prayer against lice, it is permissible to use any others that are aimed at getting rid of domestic parasites (fleas, cockroaches, rodents). All of them have approximately the same meaning and ritual of reading.

 

Texts of conspiracies and prayers to fight lice

There is an opinion that before reading prayers it is necessary to read “Our Father” 3 times.

“Earthly creatures, fleas, bugs, cockroaches, lice! I come to visit you: my blood is like tar, eat bread and salt, not me. King of heaven, protect me and turn everyone around. My word is strong, In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen".

The above prayer from lice and nits is read into a glass of water, 3 days in a row at sunrise. When the ritual is complete, you can pour the head of the sufferer with lice obtained with water.

“Cockroaches, lice and fleas, your life at the servant of God (name) is bad. I did not call you, I did not send you. Holy Onuphrius is calling you for three fields, for three winds, for three dollars, where good people do not live and cattle do not graze.There are 77 kinds of you and there everything will be found. However, even if you are a very religious person, it is important to understand that conspiracies from lice, like prayers, do not have a quick and effective effect on the parasites. Moreover, the effectiveness of such methods of lice control is not confirmed scientifically, and therefore prayers and conspiracies can act only as an additional option, which is combined with conventional treatment.

Modern preparations for lice act effectively and at the same time quite gently, without causing harm to the skin and in general human health. To quickly get rid of the unpleasant symptoms of pediculosis, it is worth picking up just one tool that will completely destroy lice and nits, and use conspiracies (if you decide to use them) as a means of psychological support.
